Summer Sailing Camp Spain
International Sailing Camp with sailing and water activities. Madrid.
Camp for children from 7 to 15 years old, with Spahish and English monitors. A daily sailing program, canoeing, stand up paddle, workshops, overnight camping and much more.
During the months of June and July we implement our exclusive program of a wide range of aquatic activities in English complemented by three hours of Spanish lessons a day at Burguillo’s lake, situated only 85 km from Madrid. The combination of acquiring knowledge in a great range of fun aquatic activities plus the bonus of learning the Spanish language in an idyllic environment has been proven to be a great success among our young pupils as well as promoting teamwork and fellowship.
Location Burguillo´s Lake (El Tiemblo) only 95 km from Madrid International Airport. In the Iruelas Valley Nature Reserve on the lake´s shore.
Facilities The Club de Vela Eves’ residence is directly managed by the Club’s personnel and is situated on the lake’s waterfront, part of Valle de Iruelas Natural Reserve. Located on the shore of the Burguillo reservoir and in front of the Club's nautical base, it is perfect for campers. On the first floor there is a large room overlooking the reservoir, classrooms, dining room and kitchen. We have capacity for 50/60 campers, distributed in rooms for 4/6 boys or girls. All rooms have full bathrooms and great views over the lake.
Meals One of the strong points of our camp. The kitchen team prepares the children's meals every day. Our menus are balanced and supervised by the health department. We are happy to cater for food intolerances.

Communication in Spanish and English is our goal for the summer, and for this we have native Spanish and English instructors. We combine communication in English and Spanish during water activities, sailing theory and games.
